Energy Gifts

I have been sensitive to energy and the energies of others since as early as I can remember. As a young child I preferred to spend all my playtime outside, delighting in the energy of the oaks, the magical light of dusk, the wonders of a starry sky, and I’d speak to all the animals, trees, and plants that crossed my path. When I was 12, I began writing in my diary every night before bed and learned quickly that I could ask questions about anything and get answers almost every time. When around others, I always found myself doing everything I could to help everyone feel better, which led to a career in Music Therapy, where I got to fuse these energetic sensitivities with helping others.

I didn’t realize until recently during an intuition training course under Desiree Dennis, amazing channel and medium, that all along I was communicating with Spirit. The strong desire I've had to travel the world and extreme interest in studying indigenous cultures and ancient spiritual practices make so much sense now! Everywhere I went I was learning ways to further this connection. Sam Williams, a fellow meditator who also spent years traveling and exploring alternate life perspectives, joined me in training with Desiree. As a result, we are most excited to announce Energy Gifts Guidance.

Together, in the service of love and honor for being alive in this beautiful universe, Sam and I co-lead sessions in which, after a brief meditation, we share visuals and messages directly for you from Spirit. We do this through meditative conversation, where at any point you can ask questions or make comments. Often the spirits offer energetic or symbolic gifts to you, which is why we've named this Energy Gifts Guidance.
